Achievement Bute is a not-for-profit organisation based in Rothesay on the Isle of Bute. We provide activities and events for all children and young people on the island, no matter their circumstances, and provide support to those who need it so everyone can participate equally in activities of their choice.
Children’s Events & Activities
We run activities all year for the children and young people of Bute, and make it our mission to ensure that every child can take part, no matter their circumstances. From den building weeks to Lego clubs, art workshops to day trips, we have a lot of variety all year round - especially during the school holidays. If you’re registered with Achievement Bute, you’ll be able to apply on this website to any of our upcoming events, activities, or clubs.
Support for families
Achievement Bute can provide direct care and support for children who have disabilities or other additional support needs. Our Support Service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and we provide tailored support based on what families tell us they need and want. We also provide a Confidential Counselling Service, led by an experienced Clinical Child Psychologist, who works directly with children, young people and their family members.
